DARCY AKERS SCHOLARSHIP FUND GOLF TOURNAMENT

The Darcy Akers Scholarship Fund, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Ormond Beach, has as its sole mission the providing of scholarships and assistance to graduating students in the Halifax Area with funding to pursue their education in the institution and discipline of their choosing.

Over the past fourteen years we have been proud to provide scholarships to over thirty deserving high school graduates attending colleges and universities nationwide.

The scholarship fund gets its money through the Rotary Club of Ormond Beach projects such as the golf tournament, gifts and bequests from members, individuals and companies assisting us as sponsors for our projects.

Please consider helping the fund through becoming a sponsor of our 14th Annual Darcy Akers Scholarship Fund Golf Tournament on the 8th of March 2010 at Oceanside Country Club.

Our sponsor ship levels are:

Gold Sponsor - $1,500; includes Four Players w/cart; golf shirts, signage, lunch and after tournament buffet at awards banquet.

Silver Sponsor - $750; includes Two Players w/cart; golf shirts, signage, lunch and after tournament buffet at awards banquet.

Hole Sponsor - $250; Hole Sponsor signage and program recognition.

Foursome - $600; Foursome w/cart; golf shirts, lunch and after tournament buffet at awards banquet.

Individual - $150; Individual entry…you will be placed with a team. Includes cart; golf shirts, lunch and after tournament buffet at awards banquet.

Donation - We welcome any level and will give you recognition in the program.

In addition, there will be hole-in-one prizes with a chance to win a new Mercedes or BMW, and there are also closest to pin, door prizes and other awards.
